The professional area of our website is designed to offer all the necessary support to installers and operators in the sector. Here you can quickly access the quote functions, consult all product data sheets and view demonstration videos on the application.
In addition, the area allows you to keep track of the status of your orders and participate in our loyalty program dedicated to certified installers, with exclusive benefits and constant updates.
The application of our products is done mainly by low-pressure spray airbrush (0.8 bar), to ensure uniform and precise distribution.
For small surfaces or products with a creamy consistency, we use a special microfiber sponge designed to ensure perfect, waste-free application. In both cases, the result is homogeneous, long-lasting and easy-to-maintain protection.
The durability of our products depends on several factors: the type of treatment applied, the environment in which the boat is located and the attention paid to surface care by the crews.
However, based on the tests carried out and real-world experiences collected directly from treated boats, we can say it with confidence: after a full season of sailing, the surfaces remained perfectly protected, maintaining their brilliance, resistance and ease of cleaning.
After the first application, in the presence of particularly aggressive environmental conditions, it is advisable to repeat the treatment every year to maintain maximum effectiveness.
Under more typical conditions, however, a renewal every two years will be sufficient, supplemented by the use of a specific product that reactivates the protective properties and prolongs their benefits over time. This way, the surface will remain protected, shiny and easy to maintain, season after season.
Polishing, although effective in the short term, has a side effect: it removes small amounts of material from the surface, making it more and more vulnerable to atmospheric agents.
The result? Shorter and shorter intervals between one polish and the next, and a surface that weakens over time. Our products solve this problem at the root: they protect without affecting the material, preserving the surface and keeping it shiny and resistant for longer.
We are talking about complete protection against the most aggressive atmospheric agents: corrosion, oxidation, salt and UV rays. All these factors, over time, damage surfaces and accelerate aging.
With our products, this process is slowed down drastically. The result?
Less maintenance, less wasted time and resources, and surfaces that retain their appearance and functionality for longer. In a nutshell: more time to sail, less time to spend on maintenance.
It’s not just about protection: after application, the surface changes its behavior. It no longer allows dirt and oxidizing agents to infiltrate the microporosity of the material.
This means that you can easily rinse the surfaces without having to resort to aggressive detergents, which in the long run ruin the shine and color. In other words, less fatigue, fewer chemicals, and a boat that stays more beautiful for longer.
After about an hour from application, surface hardening occurs: from that moment, the surface can safely come into contact with water. Full curing, i.e. the process that makes the coating totally stable and resistant, takes place over 10-15 days, depending on the outside temperature and the surface temperature.
The main difference is in the composition. Today, no other product on the market boasts the use of materials like graphene and nano diamonds for surface protection. Most of the existing solutions are based on ceramics: rigid, fragile and not very suitable for withstanding the continuous stresses of a boat and the aggressiveness of the marine environment.
We have chosen to go further. We have created something unique, using advanced materials that not only protect, but adapt, resist and last.
Nothing new: it has existed for over 30 years in all sectors, from medicine to construction, from aerospace to industrial chemistry.
In summary, it is a branch of science that studies, controls and uses materials on a nanometric scale, i.e. in the order of a billionth of a meter.
By entering this invisible world, the possibility of creating extraordinarily effective solutions opens up. That’s exactly what we did: we were the first in the world to use carbon nanotubes and synthetic nano diamonds to reduce the porosity of surfaces, protecting them from contaminants while improving their resistance to mechanical stress.
